orphans, abandoned, homeless, vagrant, run-away migrant, displaced with no means of livelihood school dropouts, deprived of basic educational opportunities
affected by wars, violent conflicts, socio-political upheavals
into substance abuse, infected or affected by HIV/AIDS
trafficked, abused, associated with commercial sex work third gender, differently abled
in extreme poverty
are among those we refer to as “Young at Risk”.
