Don Bosco Standards of care

Don Bosco Standards of care

The Don Bosco Standards of Care motivates and facilitate our member organizations to assess their effectiveness in light of both legal requirements and the specific elements of the Don Bosco method for caring for vulnerable children. These standards, which were initially created in 2011–12 were subsequently and frequently improved, They go beyond merely following the law. Don Bosco Young at Risk centre’s and services must constantly meet, uphold and capture the essence of those standards. These standards were revised in February 2023 with alignment to recent Juvenile Justice Act to maintain the outstanding qualities at Don Bosco care for Young at Risk. So, all together we have 132 standards, This combined comprehensive framework serves as benchmark for assessing all YaR Centre’s and services.
